# Austropical > Premium frozen açaí and tropical fruit sorbets made in the Brazilian Amazon, with Australian roots. Austropical LLC is the US distributor; US retail launch is planned for March 2027. Austropical makes açaí and tropical fruit sorbets in the Brazilian Amazon. Austropical LLC, of Bayfield, Colorado, is its US distributor; the parent company is Austropical Pty Ltd in Australia (austropical.ai). The range is ten flavors in three formats: 16.9 fl oz (500 mL) pints, 12 to a case; 8.5 fl oz (250 mL) Grab'n Go cups with a spoon, 18 to a case; and 22.49 lb (10.2 kg) foodservice buckets, sold by the bucket. It is made for campus dining, foodservice and grocery buyers and their distributors. The ten buckets are set up as items at Vistar (TLL65266 to TLL65275, supplier number 101808), 20 retail items are set up with Vistar, and all 60 items are published in GDSN through Syndigo; item set-up is not stock. Austropical's US retail launch is planned for March 2027, starting with Original Sensation and Mango in pints and Grab'n Go cups; the other eight flavors follow, with dates to be confirmed. The first US container is planned for February 2027; arrival timing must be confirmed. Nothing is on sale before the container arrives. Austropical does not publish prices. Vegan certification covers all ten flavors in pints, cups and buckets. Kosher covers nine flavors in pints, cups and buckets, excluding Strawberry Crush. - Açaí Zero Sugar: Not a low calorie food. Keep frozen at 0 °F (−18 °C) or below. - The Sydney Store & Cafe showcases soft serve, bowls and café experiences. Austropical’s intended US direction spans packaged products and café soft serve; location and product availability must be verified individually. - Wild Press is a coming-soon café collection of cold-pressed juices and tropical blends: Yuzu Sunrise, Dragon Bloom, Blue Amazon, Green Paradise, Golden Fire.
