Brazil

Made where açaí grows.

Every Austropical flavor is made in the Brazilian Amazon, the home of açaí, a small, dark purple palm fruit. Fruit is the first ingredient in all ten: açaí in four of them, and mango, coconut, passionfruit, dragon fruit, pink guava or cupuaçu in the other six.

Australia

Where it started.

Austropical started in Australia. At the Austropical café in Sydney, açaí is served as soft serve: swirled tall, sauced by hand and piled with fruit, one bowl at a time.

Why have one

A tropical break you can taste.

  • An açaí swirl with passionfruit pulp and coconut flakes over a ring of golden fruit, with granola in the clear cup.

    Taste first.

Deep, dark açaí. Ripe, golden mango. Sharp, bright passion fruit. Ten flavors, each built on its fruit.

  • An açaí swirl under Biscoff sauce and crumbs, with strawberries at the rim and sauce layered through the clear cup.

    Properly cold.

Straight from the freezer onto a spoon. No blender, no prep: scoop it as it is, or pile it into a bowl.

  • An açaí swirl under a pistachio drizzle and crumbs, with strawberries and banana, and pistachio sauce layered through the clear cup.

    All that colour.

Açaí purple under pistachio green and red strawberries. A bowl that looks like a holiday, on an ordinary Tuesday.

  • Açaí cups under nut-butter, chocolate and pistachio drizzles, with strawberries and banana, on a wooden board at our Sydney café.

    Better shared.

Top a bowl your way and sit down for five minutes. Or put the pint in the middle of the table and hand out spoons.

    Served at our Sydney café

Bowls served at our Sydney café; three are signature bowls in the café menu’s own photos. The café’s açaí is the same as our Original Sensation pint, with Açaí Zero Sugar (Not a low calorie food.) as the other base. Toppings are serving suggestions; our pints and cups do not include them. Make all eight at home.
