Building an açaí bowl program for a campus or café: 69 bowls a bucket, no blender
Plan an açaí bowl program with portion math, eight Sydney café signature names and foodservice specifications. Confirm assortment and timing with our team.

An açaí bowl program usually means a blender, a mix recipe, a trained person and a line. Ours means a bucket, a scoop and a topping bar. This post covers portion planning, Sydney menu inspiration and foodservice enquiries. Ask us for the spec sheets.
How many açaí bowls do you get from one bucket?
About 69. The foodservice bucket holds 10.2 kg (22.49 lb) of sorbet. The portion standard is 2/3 cup (147 g), the serving size declared for the bucket. Divide 10.2 kg by 147 g and you get about 69 bowls, before toppings. That is the only portion math we publish.
Do you need a blender for an açaí bowl program?
No. No blender, no mix, no machine to calibrate: a scoop, a freezer, and a topping bar your customers set the value on. The sorbet arrives churned, pasteurized and frozen. Staff portion the sorbet, add toppings and serve. Scoop, top, serve.
Adapt training, portions and allergen handling to your operation.
Signature bowls for a campus or café menu
Use the names from our Austropical Store & Cafe menu in Sydney:
- The Original

These are menu concepts, not packaged flavor names or a ready-costed US menu. Adapt portions, sourcing, pricing and allergen handling to your operation. Explore the signature menu inspiration.
Planning a campus or café counter
Start with freezer space, a portioning tool, toppings and a menu that fits your operation. Use the bowl-cost calculator with your delivered bucket cost, serving size and selling price.
Plan staff training, allergen handling and service flow before choosing signage or a counter layout. Contact sales to discuss the program and which materials are available for your location.

How do you get the sell sheets and samples?
The sell sheets are online, one for every flavor with the bucket spec. For samples and pricing, use the request form; samples are planned after the first US container arrives, with availability and timing to be confirmed. Foodservice bucket delivery timing is unconfirmed, so contact us to plan your counter.
