What is açaí sorbet?

Açaí sorbet is a frozen dessert made from açaí, the fruit of the açaí palm (Euterpe oleracea), with filtered water and a sweetener. Austropical's açaí sorbets are made in the Brazilian Amazon, with açaí as the first ingredient, sold frozen and ready to eat: scoop them as the base of an açaí bowl or eat them from the pint.

What sizes does it come in?

The pint is 16.9 fl oz (500 mL). The Grab'n Go cup is 8.5 fl oz (250 mL): one serving, with a spoon. Cafés and campus counters scoop their bowls from a 22.49 lb (10.2 kg) foodservice bucket.

Is Austropical sorbet organic?

Three of the ten flavors are USDA certified organic: Original Sensation, Mango and Coconut. The other seven are not certified organic.

Is it vegan?

All ten flavors are certified vegan (Vegan Australia) in pints, Grab'n Go cups and foodservice buckets.

Is it kosher?

Nine of the ten flavors are kosher (Kosher Australia) in pints, Grab'n Go cups and foodservice buckets. Strawberry Crush is not.

When is Austropical in the US?
