How the café tops it

The bowl at home
A 16.9 fl oz (500 mL) pint is about three 2/3 cup servings: three bowls, or one bowl and the rest straight from the pint. It also goes into smoothies and shakes.

The 8.5 fl oz (250 mL) Grab'n Go cup is one serving, with a spoon included: open it, eat it, done.
